Effective 6 August 2026. This page explains the limited information involved when you visit Operlyra or later purchase a digital product.
Website visits
The hosting platform may process technical request data and aggregate analytics such as page views, approximate traffic trends, device information and requested pages. Operlyra uses this information to understand site performance and improve content. We do not currently run behavioural advertising trackers on this site.
Purchases
When checkout opens, payment, tax, fraud screening, receipts and digital delivery will be handled by the checkout provider acting under its own privacy terms. Operlyra will receive the order information needed to provide support, maintain records and meet legal obligations. Payment card details are not stored on this website.
Support messages
If you contact us, we process the details you provide to answer the request and maintain necessary support records. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Retention and rights
Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention and legal requirements. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
