Website information
We aim to keep descriptions, prices and availability accurate and useful, but website content may be updated as products improve. The total price and applicable terms shown at checkout govern the purchase.
Digital products
Operlyra products are practical templates and educational resources. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice and do not guarantee a business, marketing or financial outcome. You remain responsible for decisions, professional advice and reviewing outputs before use.
Orders
The Lemon Squeezy checkout shows the merchant of record, total price, applicable taxes, payment methods, delivery information and terms before you place an order. An order is complete only after successful payment and confirmation.
Intellectual property
The site and original product content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchase provides a limited licence described on the License page; ownership is not transferred.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Operlyra is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made without appropriate professional review.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's country of residence.
