Refund Policy
Effective 11 August 2026. These principles apply alongside Lemon Squeezy's checkout terms and mandatory consumer law.
Merchant of record
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout and processes approved refunds and chargebacks. Operlyra reviews product and support facts needed to resolve a request.
Before downloading
The checkout identifies the digital nature of the product, included files, price, taxes where applicable and delivery method. Where applicable, access to a digital download may require express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgement of how that affects a statutory withdrawal right.
Problems with a download
If a file is missing, corrupt or materially different from its description, contact support with the order email and a description of the problem. We will first try to provide access, a working replacement or a reasonable correction.
Refund requests
Refunds are assessed under Lemon Squeezy's checkout terms, mandatory consumer rights and the circumstances of the request. Approved refunds may be full or partial and can take time to appear through the original payment method. This policy does not remove statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content.
Compatibility
Product pages list the supplied file formats. Minor differences can occur between Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, LibreOffice and other compatible applications; such differences are not necessarily a product defect.
