The product name and order email.
The application and version you are using.
What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
A screenshot that does not expose private client or payment information.

Response target

Our initial target is to acknowledge genuine product-support requests within two business days. Complex file or compatibility issues may require additional testing.

File compatibility

DOCX files are intended for Microsoft Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice Writer and compatible editors. XLSX files are intended for Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc and compatible spreadsheet applications. Formatting and formula presentation can vary slightly between applications.

Safe use

Keep an untouched backup before major edits. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card information or confidential client data in a support message.
